The game is fun! I love the styling and the music. This game was truly inspired by Diablo even down the music. Yes you even have the town portals and tons of loot, which by the way could be socketed. This game is well worth the cost of admission! Graphics wise its WoW type of cartoony graphics. Don't get me wrong looks outstanding and I love the style but its not the more realistic Diablo type graphics.
When you start you get to pick 1 of 3 characters. The big heavy fighter, the small agile ranger, or the smart wizard. When you are finished picking a character remember to pick your pet either a cat or a dog. Your pet in the game can carry items for you as well as help you fight. The best thing your pet can do for you is run back to town and sell everything it has in its inventory. This allows you to remain in the action while freeing up your inventory.
You start inside a town where you can get quests as well as shop. Also in town there are 2 chests. One of them is the current characters personally loot, while the second chest is shared among all of your characters. This is nice since loot is random. While adventuring if a very nice bow drops but your are playing your wizard. Never fear just put the bow inside the shared chest and pick it up later with your ranger. Great idea and helps add to the replay-ability for the game.
Please don't take my word on the quality of the game head on over to Steam and buy it. For $19.95 you can't go wrong. The game even has a Netbook option but I can't test it out as I don't have any of the current netbooks to try it on. You will get your moneys worth and more from this game.
